By accessing or using UnifyMe’s website, web app, or mobile apps (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use UnifyMe. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization.

Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

User Content & License

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant UnifyMe a limited license to process, display, and transform your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating lessons, quizzes, summaries). We do not use your content to train general models.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory material.

Intellectual Property

UnifyMe and its licensors own the Service and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change; we will notify you in advance where legally required.
• Taxes may apply based on your location and are your responsibility.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that outputs (including AI-generated content) will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose. See our Disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnifyMe and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UnifyMe harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where UnifyMe operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
