We aim to be fair and transparent. Here’s how refunds work at UnifyMe.

Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If UnifyMe isn’t the right fit, we aim to make cancellations and refunds straightforward.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel any time to stop future billing. We generally do not offer refunds for the current month after payment is processed, but we may consider exceptions for significant service issues.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans offer discounted pricing. If you cancel early, refunds may be prorated based on unused time and promotional terms.
Upgrades & downgrades
Changes to plan tiers take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle depending on the plan. Credits may be applied for downgrades.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact hi@unifyme.co within 30 days and we’ll investigate promptly.
How to request a refund
Email hi@unifyme.co with your account email, invoice number, and a brief description. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
