- Uploaded content: documents, links, audio, and video you import into your workspace.
- Support communications: messages sent to our support channels, and issue diagnostics.
- Payment data: processed by our billing provider (we don’t store full card details).
How we use information

We use retrieval-augmented generation to ground AI responses in your uploaded materials. Your content powers your workspace and is not used to train general models.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies from your browser settings.
Sharing & third parties
We share data with trusted vendors who help deliver our service (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, payments, customer support). These vendors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Data retention
We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal and operational requirements. You can delete uploaded content at any time from your library.
Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest (where supported), least-privilege access controls, and monitoring. No system can be 100% secure—please use strong passwords and enable device protections.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across regions, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) consistent with applicable law.
Children’s privacy
UnifyMe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data without guardian consent, contact us to remove it.
