• Uploaded content: documents, links, audio, and video you import into your workspace.

• Payment data: processed by our billing provider (we don’t store full card details).

How we use information

• Provide and improve core features: course generation, voice notes, summaries, quizzes, and analytics.
• Secure authentication and account management.
• Measure performance, fix bugs, and enhance reliability.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service changes.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms of service.

We use retrieval-augmented generation to ground AI responses in your uploaded materials. Your content powers your workspace and is not used to train general models.

Sharing & third parties

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal and operational requirements. You can delete uploaded content at any time from your library.

Security

UnifyMe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data without guardian consent, contact us to remove it.
